The position is a permanent full-time employment at 80%, starting September 1st.

About the job

As a Development Leader at Närhälsan in Skaraborg, you will serve as a development and management support for Area Managers, Operations Managers, and Unit Managers, primarily in the work with healthcare collaboration in Skaraborg. The focus of the work is to work with and develop collaboration in our areas for Children and Young People as well as mental health, harmful use, and dependency. The work involves collaborating with healthcare neighbors to design routines and working methods that open up for close care and a transformation that promotes the shift of care from specialized care to care closer to the patient. Work with the comorbidity investigation will be included in the work when this is decided at the national level, as well as preparation for the steering group for healthcare collaboration.

Together with other staff and support functions, you are part of continuing to strengthen and develop Närhälsan's strong position as a professional and responsible primary care actor, both as a healthcare provider and collaboration partner. As a Development Leader, you will lead and drive development and processes, sometimes independently and often together with others. Collaboration with external and internal actors is a large part of the work, and monitoring the external environment is important; part of the work may involve supporting other parts of Närhälsan.

About you

You have a suitable higher education background that the employer finds appropriate and solid experience from primary care. Experience in development and process work in a primary care environment is an advantage.

As a person, you have the ability to work systematically even when the frameworks are not always given and need to enjoy getting things rolling while being able to tie up loose ends. You have the ability to inspire and reach out to others and are confident in your person and knowledge. Driving development forward is an important part of the role of Development Leader, and being able to adapt to changing circumstances is necessary.

You will be part of an exciting journey forward where you have the opportunity to develop hand in hand with the organization you work in and the tasks you perform. You express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing, are communicative and solution-focused, and have experience and skills in using digital tools and services. You can search for information, communicate, interact digitally, are risk-aware, and have the motivation to participate in development to learn new things. You will be part of the management groups for both Eastern and Western Skaraborg and report to the primary care manager.
